Terms of Use

KundaliAPI provides developer-facing access to structured astrology calculation results through the API endpoints described in the current documentation. Available endpoints, accepted inputs, outputs, usage limits and charges are those shown in the documentation and the plan or order that applies to your account.

The Services do not transfer ownership of or provide a license to Qmntra's source code, internal calculation software, infrastructure or non-public systems. Features marked as preview or coming soon are not included unless they are released and expressly listed in the applicable plan.

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity performed using your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer or share account access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you are responsible for the conduct of users you authorize.

Treat API keys and account credentials as confidential. Use them only in authorized integrations, store them securely, and revoke or rotate them if they are exposed. Do not place secret keys in public repositories, browser code or publicly distributed applications.

We may suspend or revoke a credential that we reasonably believe is compromised or being misused. Where practicable, we will provide notice.

Subject to these Terms, your plan and the documentation, you may call the API and use returned results within your authorized products and business workflows while your access is active. You may display or incorporate results in your products, provided that you comply with applicable law and do not imply that Qmntra endorses your product.

You must not:

• Bypass authentication, usage limits, credit or billing controls, or security measures.
• Attempt to obtain, copy or reverse engineer non-public software, algorithms, infrastructure or security systems, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
• Use stolen, shared or unauthorized credentials, or misrepresent account ownership.
• Disrupt the Services through abusive traffic, malicious requests or scraping outside authorized API use.
• Resell API credentials or represent unauthorized access to KundaliAPI as your own infrastructure.
• Submit information that you are not authorized or legally permitted to process.
• Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity, or to infringe another person's rights.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for how you store, present, interpret and distribute API results in your own product. You must provide notices, obtain permissions and establish any legal basis required for information you submit about your users.

Astrology results depend on the inputs and calculation conventions used. Different systems may produce different results. You are responsible for selecting endpoints and conventions suitable for your product and checking the results before using them.

The Services provide calculation data, not medical, legal, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. Astrology interpretations and predictions are not guarantees of factual outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions and claims made through your product.

Your plan page, checkout and order confirmation show the applicable price, included access, usage charges, payment frequency and any applicable taxes before purchase. A request is charged according to the billing rules shown for the applicable plan or endpoint. Credits do not provide unlimited access unless the plan expressly says so.

If a plan renews automatically, the renewal frequency and price will be shown before you confirm the purchase. Taxes, currency conversion and third-party payment charges are handled as shown at checkout and in your transaction records. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any plan-specific terms.

We work to keep the Services available, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free output or a particular response time unless a separate written agreement says so. Maintenance, security events, infrastructure issues, third-party dependencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the Services.

We may update endpoints, documentation, plans or limits. Where a change materially affects an existing integration, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice, except when an urgent security or legal change is required.

We may restrict or suspend access for material breach, security risk, fraud, abusive traffic, legal requirements or non-payment. Where practicable, we will notify you and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct a problem.

You may stop using the Services or request account closure by contacting [email protected]. If your order includes automatic renewal, contact us before the renewal date to request cancellation of future renewals. Account closure does not cancel amounts already due or create refund eligibility beyond the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

The Services, website, documentation, trademarks, API infrastructure and underlying calculation systems belong to Qmntra or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You retain rights to your independently developed products and information you are legally entitled to submit.

These Terms grant only the limited access and use rights stated here and in your plan. They do not convey source code, internal architecture or ownership of the underlying platform.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You must protect credentials and confidential information and must not submit personal information without the authority and legal basis required for your use.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available and without a promise that results will match every other calculation system or suit every use case. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or a consumer right that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, loss of anticipated profit, or loss of business opportunity arising from use of the Services. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that applicable law does not permit a party to limit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve a concern in good faith by contacting [email protected]. Courts having jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will give additional notice. Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retroactively remove rights that cannot lawfully be changed.
